Heidi is the enthusiastic President of HOA Business Solutions. Her knowledge includes many years of experience in portfolio management which includes supervisory, training, budget preparation, board relations, and problem solving skills.
She has over 25 years of management and customer service experience in various industries. Heidi's previous experiences include multiple years in the medical device industry which gave her knowledge in accounting, quality assurance, procedural writing, and implementation. These skills have allowed Heidi to easily transition into the Common Interest Development industry, and to bring some fresh, new ideas to our industry.
Heidi is a member of the Community Association Institute and the California Association of Community Managers. She has her CCAM, CMCA and AMS designation, and is actively pursuing further education.
Heidi takes pride in her integrity and strong work ethic, which shows in her ability to effectively work with Board Members and homeowners of the communities she manages. She has found the key to these relationships is consistent, informative communication and documentation of all activities through the community.
Heidi is married and has two grown daughters. She enjoys hiking in the mountains and paddling around in a kayak.
Vice-President Daniel Lee has over 13 years of experience in the Common Interest Development field. He also brings additional management, record keeping, and customer service skills from both the legal and other service related industries.
Dan has a BA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Paralegal Certification from the Denver Paralegal Institute. He specializes in collections, drafting liens, and other legal documents. Dan excels in working with homeowners by means of payment plan options and preparation for legal proceedings. In addition, he has worked as an Office Manager, Administrative Supervisor, and Payroll Manager.
Dan takes pride in his strong work ethic, customer service skills and outstanding multi-tasking abilities. He has proved to be greatly effective as a collections manager, insuring HOA's collect the money owed them, allowing them to thrive. Dan has a unique ability to work as a liaison with homeowners, and their boards, which gives them a much greater ability to collect their assessments.
Dan is married and was raised a true Cornhusker with a high school football coach father and four brothers.
